The Ayurvedic Guide to Total Health CD-ROM is the multimedia presentation and implementation of Ayurvedic medicine. It details the five elements of ether, air, fire water and earth. The biological organizations known as Vata, Pitta and Kapha are explained in detail in this CD-ROM. This title is a sublime, modern, semi abstract representation of the pharmacology of Ayurveda. The primary navigation buttons are large and easy to use. 

The title is divided into 4 main modules. These are:

  1. Ayurveda and You: This module contains all personal constitution analysis and all related physical body information and data bases-plus guidelines on daily routine, diet and mental health.
  2. Plants and medicine: This module contains the plant database, formulas, preparation techniques and a range of other information about the Ayurvedic preparations including beauty treatments.
  3. Personal Health Programs: This module contains a number of practical programs that can be used and modified for daily living, seasonal adjustments and a range of other special interest areas.
  4. Ask Me: This module is a comprehensive Glossary cum encyclopedia of Ayurveda, which can be browsed in a number of ways. The Glossary contains thousands of indexed entries, all linked to the other modules for instant access.
